Well done to India in Year 5 and Kirsty in Year 10 who were both announced as winners of the Primary Engineer 'If you were an engineer, what would you do?' competition.
Both girls planned and designed their inventions and submitted them over the summer term (2020).
Normally, the worksheets would be displayed at a special venue in the North East, e.g. Discovery Museum, Sunderland University (last year, Jessica in Y5 won and received her award) but this year due to Covid, the organisers have created a virtual tour of all the work that was submitted from all pupils in the North East with special mention of winners.
