it has been an absolutely gorgeous day and it has been fantastic to welcome our visitors to join our current Lower 3 (Year 6) pupils for a special Forest School Taster session.
Activities included:
Hibernation Hedgehog where the girls enjoyed a good run around our field, once the whistle was blown, the girls had to curl up like a hibernating hedgehog, one of the girls was hidden under tarpaulin and they had to guess who was under it. Great ice breaker to get to know each other
Building a hedgehog hotelusing leaves, moss, bark and any natural material in our Forest School area
Marshmallows toasted around the campfire
