D of E Bronze
The girls in Lower 5 completed their qualifying expedition during the weekend of 19th June. Here they are at the finishing point in the beautiful village of Romaldkirk in Teesdale. The girls impressed the assessor with their resilience and determination; given that their training programme had been reduced due to Covid, they should all be proud of what they have achieved. The practice walks took place along the Northumberland coast in Craster and Shaftoe Crags back in April and May. Huge congratulations to them all and a big thank you to Mrs Carton, Miss Graham and Mrs Harris for giving up their time to accompany the girls on their expedition.
