This week sees the start of National Apprenticeship Week #NAW23, an annual week-long celebration providing an opportunity to showcase the benefits that apprentices can bring to local communities, businesses and the wider economy. The theme for National Apprenticeship Week this year is skills for life.
As part of their careers lessons, our girls will welcome a guest speaker to earn about the different levels of types of Apprenticeship available, how they work. They will be able to see for themselves some of the advantages of completing an apprenticeship as an alternative route to achieving their careers. They will be shown how to browse for different types of Apprenticeships using the government website: https://www.apprenticeships.gov.uk/apprentices/create-account
